Welcome to SoulWise Massage & Reiki! My name is LaStacia Ross.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
My degrees and certifications include a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, an Associate of Arts in Dance, Reiki Master, Beyond Quantum Healing, Medical Intuition, Spiritual Life Coach, Tuning Fork Therapy, Sound Healing, Holistic & Bamboo Massage, Somatic Integrative Therapies, Gentle Yoga, Qigong, EFT, Aromatherapy, Earthkeeper Sacred Ceremony Facilitator, and Ordained Minister.
MY BACKGROUND
As a natural intuitive, I have studied Metaphysics for 35 years. I owned and operated a metaphysical store in Pittsburg for 13 years, and in Joplin for 4 years.
As a paranormal investigator, I appeared on episode #39 of My Ghost Story, on the A & E Biography channel in 2012.
Some of my past community involvement includes: serving on the SEK Humane Society Board from 1998-2002, organizing 'Art For Earth' annual Earth Day event in Pittsburg, Ks from 1999-2005, and co-founding the Pittsburg Artwalk in 2006. As an Arts Explorers board member, I taught rhythm-based workshops to individuals with disabilities from 2006-2009. I served on the initial committee formed to save the old Colonial Fox Theater downtown in 2006, and danced in the Pittsburg Community Theater production of Pippin in 2007.
Boards I currently serve on are the Pittsburg Arts Council and the SEK Wildlife Rehabilitation Coalition.
Having been involved in animal rescue for many years, I currently do squirrel and turtle rescue. My husband and I are beekeepers. Other activities I enjoy are fire dancing, along with songwriting and playing percussion in the local band, Doula.
ENERGY HEALING
My passion for all things spiritual, combined with my desire to help others, has driven me to evolve my holistic therapy practice over the years. I have been conducting intuitive energy readings, Reiki sessions and training, sound and tuning fork therapy, group meditations, spiritual coaching, and dance classes for 16 years at various businesses. I co-created Eclectic Soul Studio with Tammy Nyachira as a sanctuary for mind-body-spirit integration in 2017. I began integrating massage into my Reiki sessions several years ago.
Since energy work supports emotional release, physical relaxation, mind-body connection, and helps to restore our vital life force, it is an important aspect of our holistic wellness regimen.
Classes and workshops I lead at Eclectic Soul Studio include Qi Gong & Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath Meditation, Group Healing Meditations, Belly Dance, Somatic Movement and Dance, Intuition Development, and Intuitive Reiki Training, along with various other workshops and events.

WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is just one of many energy healing modalities, and is perhaps the most widely known today. The word itself is a Japanese term that translates to “spirit life force energy or universal life force energy.” Other words for life force energy you may have heard are Ki, Qi, Prana, Chi, or Spirit/Holy Spirit.
Although it is a spiritual practice, Reiki is not a religion, or associated with any one religious belief. Nor is it against any one religion. Since it is universal life force energy, it is of God Source.

SOUND THERAPY
Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy is woven into each of my sessions, using vibroacoustic frequencies and instruments such as singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, drums, or chimes. These vibrational frequencies penetrate deep into the cellular level, dissolving blocked or stagnant energy and en-training the body and mind into a state of harmony.
The basic principle of healing with sound is the concept of resonance, meaning the vibrations of one object can change the vibrations of another. The entire Universe is in a state of vibration. This includes the human body, which is a complex vibratory system. Every organ, cell, bone, tissue and liquid of the body has a healthy vibratory frequency, including the electromagnetic fields which surround the body, which is usually referred to as the aura, subtle body, or biofield.
Water is a substance that responds easily to forced resonance. Water accounts for 1/2 to 2/3 the average person's body weight. Sound also travels easily through bone.
Sound Therapy is used to restore the correct resonant frequency to any areas vibrating out of harmony with the rest of the body, to its natural optimum frequency. With Reiki integration, these modalities create a sacred, multidimensional space for profound energetic tuning, alignment, and spiritual awakening.

Bamboo Massage
Bamboo Massage is a deeply relaxing and invigorating bodywork technique that uses smooth, bamboo sticks of varying sizes.The firm yet soothing pressure can be customized to your needs.
Smooth bamboo sticks are used to roll, knead, and glide over the body, often using different-sized sticks for different areas, similar to deep tissue or Swedish massage techniques.
$60 = 60-minute session
Back, Neck, and Head Massage
Don't need a full body massage? Melt away layers of tension with this deeply soothing massage focused on the back, neck, and head.
Varying levels of pressure are used to release tight muscles, ease stiffness in the shoulders, and calm the mind through nurturing scalp and neck work.
$30 = 30-minute session
Chair Massage
A chair massage is a quick and effective way to relieve stress and tension while fully clothed and seated in a specially designed massage chair.
This style of massage focuses on the back, shoulders, neck, and arms—areas where most people hold daily stress.
A relaxing scalp massage tops it off.

Private Somatic Movement Session
In this gently guided, explorative session, movement becomes a pathway to healing through embodiment and expression.
Rather than focusing on “fixing” or forcing, somatic movement allows for organic unfolding and unwinding layers of physical, emotional, and energetic tension.
Whether seeking emotional release, or a deeper mind-body connection, this session supports all bodies and all abilities.

Energy Reading + Reiki + Sound Therapy
Each session is uniquely tailored, beginning with an intuitive energy reading to identify any imbalances, or blocks within your energetic field.
Reiki is a deeply restorative life-force energy that flows where it is needed most—supporting chakra alignment, emotional release, and spiritual attunement.
Sound therapy is used to shift your vibrational state, calm the nervous system, and enhance energy flow.
$40 = 60-minute session.
Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy Session
Experience a deeply restorative journey into relaxation with Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy.
During your session, therapeutic sound frequencies are delivered through a specialized table that allows the vibrations to travel through muscles, fascia, and bone. These frequencies help release physical tension, increase circulation, and support the nervous system in shifting into a deeply relaxed, parasympathetic state.
Individuals with certain conditions, such as pacemakers, a history of blood clots (DVT), severe bleeding disorders, very low blood pressure, recent surgery, metal plates or screws, or a recent psychotic episode, should not get vibroacoustic therapy unless cleared by a doctor. Additionally, pregnant women or those with epilepsy, serious heart conditions, or other neurological conditions should consult their physician before starting the therapy.

Beyond Quantum Healing
Beyond Quantum Healing is a healing modality that works beyond time and space to access the root cause of energetic imbalances.

INTUITIVE ENERGY HEALING COURSE: Reiki & Beyond
Levels 1, 2, & 3/Master
You’ll learn foundational Reiki techniques and symbols, along with other foundational metaphysical healing principles.
You will also learn methods for tuning into subtle impressions—such as sensations, images, or inner knowing—that arise during a session.
Much of this knowledge goes beyond what is taught in a traditional Reiki class, and is wisdom I have acquired over 15 years of doing this work.
Training lasts 4 to 5 hours per level, and includes attunement and certification.
